I am trying to compose an invitation for our Company Christmas Party. This year we would like to have the guests dress somewhat formal (no tuxes/formals)but with a nice dress pants or dresses. In the past some of the employees have shown up in their flannel shirts/blue jeans. How do you word that in an invitation?

I am planning a breakfast for 300 Office employees of the year from 300 different school sights. The event is taking place at a very elegant country club and the theme is victorian. The title is "A Moment in Time" Please help to design an invitation
