I need a event theme and decors to go along with it. help!

What would be a nice theme for an event to be held mid-november.. this is a college event meant to be a get-together for sophomores?its sort of a get-to-know each other, lets unite kind of party. these will be different kinds of people. there's going to be a concert and games. i need a theme general enough for the diff. activities but specific enough to have a focus. please help!
